Director of University Relations and Diversity Programs
Caroline Cunningham is currently the Director of University Relations and Diversity Programs at GE Digital where she has been for the two years. Just prior to coming to GE she was the Team Leader, Enterprise Hiring for Chevron Corporation where she worked in a variety of progressive roles within University Relations and Diversity recruiting. Caroline was at Chevron for eight and a half years and prior to that spent six years at Johnson & Johnson in pharmaceutical manufacturing where she managed both university and experienced hiring. She over twenty years of experience in talent acquisition and diversity recruiting and has worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, healthcare, consumer distribution and non-profit services.
Caroline is an active member of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) and is currently serving a two-year term on the board of directors as an Employer Director. Over the past ten years she has participated on and led numerous committees and was the co-chair for the 2015 National Conference. She has presented at several national and regional conferences and events on a variety of topics related to recruiting and talent acquisition. She holds a bachelor’s degree in theater arts from Occidental College and both a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CPC Certification.
Caroline lives in Danville, CA with her husband Rob and daughters Morgan (15) and Kendall (13).
